Eggs looked battered - effect freshness?

Hi all, my muscovy hens Luna and Fern lay one egg a day between them and when I go to take Fern off of it each AM (as she would sit, if I let her), the egg looks a bit worse for the wear. Here is a pic and my question is the following: With it being scratched and battered looking (I think she must use her muscovy claws to turn and position it) will it last at room temp the same as if it did not appear like this? Believe it or not some eggs sit in the kitchen for over a month (or more), as I just do not go through a lot of eggs.

She had just scratched some of the bloom off. I have one female who always does that. It doesn’t seem to affect the shelf life.
Yeah, didn't know if having the bloom compromised like that gives the air a chance to get into the egg.

Btw, does anyone's muscovy hens do the same or perhaps she needs a better area for her nest? She funny, as she takes all of the bedding away from the bottom but does build nice high sides.
