Interesting - my khakis seem to be my healthiest ducks thus far (knock on wood). I love the look of my Welsh ducks, but have had nothing but problems. My other welsh has had leg problems that took months to fix.You have definitely the best you can for her. Most of the health issues I have with my ducks tends to be the same ones over and over again. Welshies, runners, Pekin, and khaki Campbells have had the most issues for me. They lay more eggs, so more issues.
You can try tube feeding her if you want. I would just start off with fluids like Gatorade. But I can understand it may be putting a lot of effort into something that may not help at all.

A lot of the supplies you can get at stores, like TSC. You can use aquarium tubing and melt the end in a pinch.
