Eggs not hatching?!

Will my eggs hatch

I too have never heard of such low temp oven, but if that's Fahrenheit it might have worked. Or was that Celsius? And did you have a thermometer in there to make sure the temp was staying where you set it? Food isn't as sensitive as eggs, so if you set the oven to 100 I doubt it was made to stay exactly at that temp.

What date did you set them? Have you candled them since the power outage and taking them out of the oven to make sure they're still alive? And how long were they sitting without heat? Being without heat for a prolonged time could easily cause a late hatch.

My eggs were without heat for about 10 hours, I candled them but no movement and they arn’t making any noises, do u think they are dead?

Quite possibly, unfortunately :( I'd give it a day or two more to be sure but it's very possible that the oven got too hot, since maintaining a perfect temperature isn't something that was probably a concern when the oven was made. There's a good chance it got too hot, and since it wasn't double checked with a thermometer there's no way to know whether or not that happened.

Could you answer the other questions I asked too, just in case?

The oven was celcius, no thermometer was used to check temperature and the eggs were in it for day 17 & 18

Unfortunately it may have definitely gotten too hot then :( You can give it a couple more days, but since you did not see movement, they may have not made it.

I collected some fresh fertile eggs on saturday and will need to put them in the incubator after I have taken the other two out, how long can you leave fertile eggs before they start to become infertile?
