I have an electric incubator. Water got in the hole on top where the motor is located. The motor is running but
the turner has not moved at all today. This is only the 3rd day of incubation. Do not know what to do.

The motor for the turner correct?
If it doesn't start turning you will need to hand turn 3x's a day or buy a new turner.
You shouldn't go all 21 days without turning. Those are your only options.
Be careful of getting shocked if water got on/in the motor. Water and live electricity don't mix

I would look at getting another turner if you can.
You will have to turn 3xs a day....gently. Turners are easier. A few days is one thing without turning, but not the whole incubation. Some people hand turn the whole process. It's up to you if you want to dedicate yourself to it
