eggs overload!!!

Do you have a food pantry or senior citizens center near you who will take them?
Maybe a church would take them and distribute them to some needy parishioners.
I know there are so many eggs you can actually eat..

How many chickens do you have?

You could always freeze them (ice trays 1st to freeze them solid, then separate into a freezer ziplock). Especially if you look to sell them later, having extra in the frig for the holidays comes in handy. Your eggs will probably sell Fast around Christmas for baking.... Italian wedding cookies alone take 6 eggs

I was wondering if you could freeze them.Good to know.
I couldn't decide if you could freeze them after hard boiling or if you could freeze them raw.

I too was suprised by the ability to freeze eggs.

Wish I knew that last yr when we had more eggs in the frig than any other food (& fully filling a mini frig too).

Oohh...I would love to take them to a senior center! Or meals on wheels! I can't wait to have too many!

Age them for a week or two in the fridge and then hard boil them for egg salad sandwiches, snacks and deviled eggs

We have had the same issue. We got four dozen ice trays and put approximately one in each holder. We are freezing them and then can move to a ziplock bag for when I cull chickens or winter production drops off.

I hard boil my extras and feed them back to the hens. I smash them, throw them in a bowl, walk to the hen house and dump them in the feed trough. HAPPY HENS!
