Eggs won't hatch

Hi everyone. It's been over 36 hours since my one duckling internally pipped. I made a safety tiny air hole in the one but neither, the other who has pipped as well about 24 hours ago, show any sign of external pipping or noise. What should I do? Humidity is as constant as I can make it, temp too.

They are in the air cell, and this morning they were moving. Humidity is 65%. They are Rouen ducks

I think the humidity should be about 10 points higher.
