Eggshell stuck to her head

My buff hatched out 5 goslings today. One of them has eggshell stuck to the back of it's head. When I first saw it I freaked out because I thought her skull was exposed.

Should I try to get the shell off? It's still there and it's been a couple hours now. Will mama help get it off?
