Elector PSP

I've been going through many threads looking for what I need and can't seem to find it. I'm not great with dosages and amounts whatsoever. I bought a small dropper bottle of Elector PSP and am trying to figure out how many drops to put in a 16oz spray bottle. Do I treat the whole flock or just the birds that or obviously affected?

Here's their fact sheet. I would assume you treat every chicken and your coop. Most here use permethrin dust/spray so I haven't read up on that stuff much.

It says 3 oz. for 10 gallons which is 1,280 oz or 40 quarts.

Are you good at math?

I know this is old but it's 45 drops to 16oz bottle.
