Electric Fencing

We are trying to decide which type of electric fencing to get. I am probably going with Premier, but can't decide between the Temporary or the Semi-Permanent. I want it to be sturdy (we can get good winds here in TN) and be able to move it on occasion to give the hens fresh grass. How easy is it to move your semi-permanent? I imagine I will probably need to move it every few weeks for my husband to mow so that the grass does not grow too high around it. Is it best to go with the temporary or is your semi-permanent very easy to move?
