That would probably work. But is the fence the only one that is going to contain the goats? Is the hot wire fence going to be inside a fenced in property? They still might find a way out (little buggers) and if there isn't another fence keeping them in, well, they are loose.

The rest of my propety isn't fenced, landlord won't let me fence it all in. But the pen 'im making is only for, rainy days, morning and evening, the rest of the time they will be next door on the 3 acre feild my friend is gonna let me use....
