Can I give them both simultaneous to my chicks or do I have to separate them one dish with electrolytes one dish with probiotics at different times throughout the day?

I buy a product that is mixed with both.
There is not way I would be able to separate it, so I am gong to say yes you can give them both at the same time.

Give them the electrolytes on their water. Provide another waterer with plain water. For probiotics, give them a helping of Okios Triple Zero Yogurt. It is very pure. Take it out after ten minutes so it doesn't go bad under the light. These are delicate babies. Feed them pure things.
Best, Karen

Yes, you can give them both at the same time. But, I would also give some plain water also. While electrolytes are good in a stressful situation, once their lytes get balanced, it's better for them to have plain water, or water with just the probiotic. as PP stated, fermented feed is an excellent way to improve the immune systems and digestion of your chicks. Also, give them a plug of sod from an untreated lawn after they are eating their chick starter well.
