Flock Update:

I free-ranged them for a while yesterday, which they enjoyed a lot. I was chilling out with Molly preening beside me when she made that warning coo sound.

I immediately got up and saw a juvenile red-tailed hawk swoop into the tree above one of our beehives. Good little babies ran to the little bush and the hens ran under the porch. I called the babies inside the coop and then carried two hens at a time to go inside. I had some trouble with Padme, and eventually, I stopped trying and carried the other and sort of herded Padme in. xD

Besides that, they are all healthy. Cinnamon, who is almost five, is having some trouble with her wings, and definitely looks old with her flapping up the hill vs the little pullets and the three-year-olds flitting up. But she is otherwise healthy, and her comb is very red still.

And I didn't get the corrugated plastic yesterday. Maybe today?

Nope, I didn't. There isn't any snow coming this week so I think I'm good for now.

I had dance last night, took all of my afternoon and my homework took my night. I have a math quiz today, but I'm not worried that much since I know the material quite well.
