The opposite of a black list of course!

Basically the ISP / email provider puts BYC on a "safe sender" list so the emails aren't spam blocked.

BTW, are you using a web interface / client for your emails or are you using Outlook? If Outlook, is it Outlook that is sending the emails to the spam folder?

I'm using a web interface, not Outlook.

btw - marking byc mail as Not Spam seems to have worked. I'm getting my notifications again. Of course, I'm also getting all other spam, too.

Ah well, worth it if I can once again get my byc mail.

Weird, once you "ok" BYC mail that shouldn't impact other email. Hopefully it will all settle out. I'd expect adding BYC to your address book will make a difference.

I think the spam started getting through when I reset the spam filter. It seems all better now. BYC is filling my inbox. Spam is filling my Spam box. As it should be.
