Embryo death... What day did this poor chick die. (graphic)

One egg hatched out of 14 so I opened an egg up and found this.

I moved the eggs to the hatching bator 3 days prior to the due date. Did the new bator kill them?

I'm not really good at guessing ages of embryos but I would guess it died before you moved it. It looks pretty "young". I hope someone with better skills can help you. Sorry for your loss

yup 13-15th day...sorry:-(

Yep definitely 13-15 days. I had a whole hatch of quail that went bad the same day cause of too high temps and only three hatched. The rest were like that pic you showed and it was day 14 that the temp got high.

I found a towel on top of the incubator yesterday. Temp was high but my lav silkie was still alive. I just have ro wonder how many times other towels have been placed there.
