embryo death

i live in cold ontario and i got about 12 eggs and all the eggs ahd blood rings and a couple strated to grow then died like at day 5 tyhen like one died on day 7 is it somthing i did or just bad eggs ,, comments please

It might have been a sudden increase or decrease in Temp.
