Embryos developing underneath air cells (shipped eggs)

Hi, All! Looking for to get some assistance with my shipped eggs.

I just candled some shipped chicken eggs that are approximately 4 days into incubation. They have been incubated upright for all four days so far due to compromised air cells from the shipping process.

I planned on turning them for the first time tomorrow, but noticed that almost all of the embryos are developing just under the air cells on one side of the shell. My initial plan for turning them was to "turn" them at a 45-degree angle at each "turn."

My concern is that turning them given their position (and detached air cell) could possibly hurt them. Should I go ahead and start turning them as planned? Any general advice?

Most, if not all, of these eventually died after I started tilting them on day 5.

Hello I'm sorry for your eggs. Can you explain to me what shipping did to the eggs? You said compromised air cells. Can you teach me what that means and why it is bad?

By compromised air cells, I meant air cells were detached. It is common in shipped eggs, and is caused by (mis)handing of the package.
