yea...i do. I had 3 hens in the past who lived for years and years and i loved them deeply, and then they all died a very tragic death. they were beheaded by a bird. that is why i think i am even a little over protective of them.

seriously. I SUPERVISE them while they free range. and don't let them get that far away from good hiding spots and their coop. I still make sure they have lots of room to roam and feel free.

lol i dont take chances mine stay in a coop a very large one too theres no predator through and they gonna end up like this snake we found in the coop copperhead at that

i didn't want to let them free range at first, but i thought it would make them happier. now lets get back to Hattie.

Hey, I love the idea of the ..PLAIN .. yogurt! Sour crop could very well be the culprit..they love the yogurt.
