Emergency! Babies in storm drain! Update: They are safe!

I was frantic and in tears. If it wasn't for @Jpat 's suggestion and @Texag87 and his wife coming... I had no money, and only a car cargo net that I was trying to use to pull them up on.
I'm investing in a net as soon as I get living situation sorted. Keeping them from going into the tunnel was the scary part. The last one did and I had to wait for a few mins for him to come back out, kept glancing at the security and hoped he wouldn't push me leaving.

Wait till next week, muscovy grow a little bit slower, but you'll see a difference next week. Oh, and they dont really like water (to swim) without momma near by... @Miss Lydia (I think) told me that momma usually doesn't take the babies to water until their about 3 to 4 weeks old. I wonder if this momma hatched these babies somewhere else and someone brought them to the fountain to populate it. I was there last week and didn't see her, BUT if she was hiding and sitting, I probably wouldn't have. She's the only one there though...

Btw, I dont think its toxic, but the water was blue/greenish like dyed.

The rescue babies are starting to eat more and poop more. They are just not drinking as much as I think they should and are not growing as fast or as active. With the muttlings I could see growth every day. 36 hours and these seem to be the same size.
Does the poop look normal? As said one never knows what was in that water, some people think the storm drains are in-ground trash cans…
