EMERGENCY! Bird from incubator has a string hanging out of his bum!!

Hello guys, i need help.

there is something wrong with me newly hatched chick, there is something hanging from his butt.

That looks like the navel. Leave it alone so that it dries up.

It's very dry actually, but it seems that is coming out of his butt and not from his belly.

that is the navel. the chicks use the naval to absorb the yolk while they are still inside the egg. don't worry about it, its totally normal
