emergency can someone help chicken nearly dead

so the small intestine is the one with that weird lump on it no idea what that is cut open the small intestine a bit and looked just like there was a clear liquid in it. im assuming the big round ball is the crop it had lots of rocks in it but nothing else in the whole system which may be because i was feeding them today. the large intestines at one part had two separate tubes attached to them which i cant tell what they attached to before. they had lots of black liquid in them i was assuming this is blood maybe? she has been dead for a while now. i cut open the vent and took a picture but you cant tell what is what really. top two red things i think are lungs there was a weird ball between them. crop or stomach??? was very hard and firm seemed almost swollen since i have butchered chickens before.

I'm glad you at least cut her open to see. I know it takes doing a few to get to know what's right and what's bad. I never thought I would be cutting open dead chickens (loved pets). But for the sake of the rest of the flock , I do it. I think of it as when they are dead they are no different than a roaster from the supermarket. And I cover their head.

I would also agree that with young ones that look sick, you should immediately put them on Corid or Sulphadimethoxine for coccidiosis. That's very common.

yeah i prepared myself for butchering roosters if i had to but took a little longer to get used to the idea of doing it to ones that weren't going on the table. i am assuming everything was so dark because the blood was getting oxygenated. also upon looking at a chicken anatomy photo i realized a couple of things. the livers were what i thought the lungs were and according to pictures look healthy and the gall bladder is that weird white ball between them. also seems like all the stones were in the crop but couldnt even tell what could have been the gizzard.

i just have to assume the intestines arent supposed to be that color though since usually when i butchered chickens they were clean and light colored

Are those intestines shiny unbroken skin or looking shredded or diseased?

I do think it takes a few times to see where what is. I think it's easiest to cut into the abdomen and then cut thru the ribs and open it up. I can never figure out the lungs because they are not big and they are in an odd place.

well the intestines where shiny and unbroken although after about halfway through the small intestines they were dark and filled with fluid. are their innards darker as well like their skin i cant seem to find any pictures of silkies specifically.

sorry for posting so many times in a row but upon looking at pictures the gallbladder didnt seem to look normal. rather then being green was almost the same color as the lighter colored intestines.

upper intestines didnt seem to have anything accept a few pieces of grit and the lower fluid, with possible signs of coccidiosis although with as dark as they were it was very hard to tell they were almost black even on the inside.
