**emergency** chick mouth open she can't move her head

Ok so yesterday I gave her some vitamins (B and E both) she couldn't eat yesterday but in the morning, she's walking and eating (eating seems kinda hard for her it's like she can't pull her head down to peck on the food so I put it in her mouth)

And right now she can eat food (still struggling a little) but her head isn't like it was before (it's drawn to her chest but the good thing is that it's not turned like it was before anymore)
And she can run and jump ( kinda)
But she still looks kinda messed up (she doesn't make any noise, she doesn't walk much or run and...)

So do you guys think this is Newcastle that is getting recovered, or is it wry neck?
And will she get back to the way she was?
Seeing her like this makes me wanna cry :'(

It could just be wry neck. Most chickens don’t recover from exotic Newcastles disease. I would not want a chicken with it who did recover, since it is contagious to other chickens in your flock or your neighbors. I would continue to feed her 2-3 times a day to get as much wet food and egg into her that you can. Here is a good video showing a silkie with wry neck being fed:

Thanks and good news
It was kinda miracle actually, I feed her like always (I put food in her mouth, she can't peak likeci said)
After like 10 minutes I came back and saw that she is chirping, running and her neck was fixed and she could move freely and even peak and eat food from the floor
She wasn't able to do any of these like 5 minutes ago, I just gave her some water like always

My question now is, what should I do now?
In these three days (I think it was 3) I gave her only vitamin B (mixed it in her water sometimes giving her raw) and each night 0.5cc of B complex

**So when should put her back with others (others are smaller compare to her) and still, was this Newcastle or wry neck**

I'm gonna say the whole symptoms that I saw

Bending neck , not moving much, open mouth, sometimes fisting her toes, sometimes her wings suddenly fall down

Some of these got better or totally cured over time
The one that took so long was her neck (which seems fixed now)

I don't understand what's going on
she keeps getting better (to the point where she seems normal) and suddenly getting like she was (the neck thing, opened mouth and ...)
in morning her neck and everything was right, prefectly right
after like 3 hours of not hearing any voice from her (gussed she might be sleeping..) I came back and saw that she's like she was yesterday again
I'm just really confused about what this illness is...
day and nights I'm searching about it what I came up with was newcastle, wry neck and botulism
I don't know what to do now

and one thing to add I was giving her 0.5cc of B complex for two days, after I saw her getting back to normal i quit it and just continued giving her some vitamin B (which was for one day)
after that which is today that this happened and I gave her 1cc of B complex this time
I've never seen something like this in my life happening to a young chick
if there are any suggestions, guesses about this illness I'll be tankfull

How did this turn out?
Hey
Actually I was about to post the result today

I asked in some other forums (one actually) didn't get much info
So I continued ehat I was doing, I gave her b complex each night for 5 days (alongside vitamins)
After another week she got completely normal we waited two days, nothing went wrong and her and it was was today we put her back with the others they were all happy when they saw her again
And since in the firstclass days of her illness she was with the others and they didn't have any symptoms till now I'm guessing it was a non contagious illness

Glad to hear that! Watch her closely in the coming week or so for a backslide. If you see anything that looks remotely like wry neck, get her back on the supplements.
Hey thanks for the care ❤️
Actually after this long time again there appears to be happening
Hopefully I'm not seeing her doing the neck thing though
But i see that she has problem swallowing, when she eats things a little big the larger the food the wider and longer she opens her mouth after swallowing it
And then she gets back to normal after a few minutes
After seeing her doing that I looked closely and saw that there are some white bumps around her mouth (I've seen them before first time treating her I've used some ointment and it got well) but I'm seeing them again
What could they be? I'll try to use ointment on it again, and hopefully that's the only reason she's acting liks that

Ok so I separated her (again) and I was afraid she might have gapeworm (cause I remembered a month ago I took them somewhere and they all ate some snails) I didn't know then but after I searched today I found out gapeworm can come from them too, I looked in this site and someone recommended putting a cotton swab in her mouth if some red stuff was on it it's gapeworm
I did so (I made it a little wet before that) and saw nothing
So I don't think it's that (or maybe I missed something)
I hope those white bumps are the only thing causing her opening her mouth and it's nothing more than that

Gapeworm is fairly rare, especially in backyard chickens, but there is a condition whose symptoms include white bumps in the mouth. There are a few experts on here that can be found in the thread I link below that can assist you FAR better than I. Below is a link to that thread. Eggcessive, who has already responded above, is one of those folks. Wyorp Rock is another, along with dawg53, casportpony, and a few I'm surely forgetting :-(

You can also run your own searches once you're on the forums page of BYC. Where you see the FORUM tab at the top of the page, look to the next row below it, and find "Search forums". Search boxes will come up that lets you search with keywords for your chicken's condition, by forum member, etc. I came up with this link using keywords "white lesions in mouth":
