emergency! chicken snot! please help me!

My 3months old polish chicken is having a watery right eye and snotty right nose, what should I do!? Please help me!!!

Keep him warm. Your chicken may be suffering from a respiratory disease such as infectious bronchitis, infectious coryza, mycoplasma, or others. Antiobiotics such as tylosin (Tylan), erythromycin, and tetracyclines are used to treat these or the secondary bacterial infections they may cause.
