I came outside to find my silkie breathing extremely loud through her beak i don’t know why does anyone know what this is? she was fine yesterday and even this morning I thought she was choking but I can’t see anything!

Does she seem to be alright otherwise, able to eat and drink. They can sometimes get some tiny piece of feed stuck in their airway and make a sound called stridor. Stridor can go away in a few hours once they have coughed up the piece of feed. If she is also sneezing, then she might be getting sick. Have a look at the video in post 1 here to see if she has stridor:

She sounds exactly like that video and she has sneezed a bit. what should I do ?

Make sure that she is drinking plenty of water. She may be fine, and trying to get a piece of feed out of her throat. But if she continues to sneeze, or have a foamy eye or nasal drainage, and gasp, that can be a sign of a respiratory disease. Tylosin can be helpful with treating respiratory diseases.

Thank you for the help I think it's what the other silkie had in the video where it will clear up in a few hours. I didn't know that was a thing until now! But again thanks for the help :thumbsup I'll check on her again in a few hours fingerscrossed she'll be okay 👌
