It's been a day. Only the shell or the shell and membrane at once?If she's been stuck like that for a couple of hours I'd go ahead and help her out. Gently chip away at some of the shell until you can pull it off of her.

A day? That is a long time to be stuck like that. You only need to avoid the membrane when there’s still active veins. You could chip at the shell with your hand, but it’s certainly easier with something like tweezers.I don't know. she is struggling for a day. At first it seemed that she is malpositioned. So do I have to peel the shell and not touch the membrane?
