If she's been stuck like that for a couple of hours I'd go ahead and help her out. Gently chip away at some of the shell until you can pull it off of her.

You can do both at the same time. The membrane is probably hard at this point and stuck to the shell anyways.

I don't know. she is struggling for a day. At first it seemed that she is malpositioned. So do I have to peel the shell and not touch the membrane?

A day? That is a long time to be stuck like that. You only need to avoid the membrane when there’s still active veins. You could chip at the shell with your hand, but it’s certainly easier with something like tweezers.

For future reference, it's okay and usually best to help ASAP if you notice they get stuck in the shell the way yours as.

You can take warm water and a Q tip or soft cloth to help release that shell and egg goo from her
Humidity may be to low or the egg being open that long allowed it to stick
It ends up being like cement on them
