The swelling has gone down now there is only a slight difference in coloration left..Is that lump in the crop's general muscle bag (if you know what I mean) or is it a free, loose lump under the skin? Is it soft or hard, can you feel objects in it or is it solid, is it hot or cold or normal body temperature?
As for her stance, if it's improved like it has then it's not a broken wishbone; also I wouldn't worry about the glass in the poop because of the lack of blood; but I have seen that particular neck position before in what I assume was a gizzard bound cockerel. I olive oiled him to recovery. He was jittering and twittering rapidly due to fermented blockage toxifying his blood stream.
Other than that, depending on your responses to my questions about the lump, it could be a snake or spider bite, or something else again...
