You can usually get coconut oil at HEB, I'm sorry I don't know much else about something like this.

Is that lump in the crop's general muscle bag (if you know what I mean) or is it a free, loose lump under the skin? Is it soft or hard, can you feel objects in it or is it solid, is it hot or cold or normal body temperature?

As for her stance, if it's improved like it has then it's not a broken wishbone; also I wouldn't worry about the glass in the poop because of the lack of blood; but I have seen that particular neck position before in what I assume was a gizzard bound cockerel. I olive oiled him to recovery. He was jittering and twittering rapidly due to fermented blockage toxifying his blood stream.

Other than that, depending on your responses to my questions about the lump, it could be a snake or spider bite, or something else again...

Thanks everyone for your replies. In answer to chooks4life, I will have to go and check about the swelling.
I have now just put together a list of possible causes and which ones we have been able to cross off the list.
Egg bound. No.
Bite. I really don't think that's the case. So no..
Fractured/broken wishbone. No.
Crop impaction. She did seem to have it but she would be better now if that was the case. So no.
Internal cut from glass or other sharp object. No as there would have been blood in the poop?
Gizzard bound. This is probably the most likely, which makes me very worried!
Starvation. Just a thought... Maybe she had crop impaction for a while and is just really hungry? But I doubt this.
And here's another thought: what about if she was just having difficulty pooing?! She flew on to the perch last night which I thought was a good sign? I checked this morning under where she had been sitting and found hardly any poop, and the one there was was sloppy though it did contain some whole grains.. I don't know if there is any condition like that?
Thank you.

The swelling has gone down now there is only a slight difference in coloration left..

Quick update: when I went up there just now she was with the others by the gate into their run. I gave them some mealworms (dried) and she also ate quite a few. Then she scratched a bit, before again standing still. definitely not as lively as the others though. I picked her up and her crop is soft but seems to be full of liquid... and she drank loads this morning, but that could just be that yesterday she didn't drink anything.. she refuses to eat anything other than mealworms. And she is feeling thinner than usual.. Any ideas? If she is gizzard bound what can I do about it?
Thank you everyone for your help so far.
