Emergency please help

The vet books states that you can give 50 mg/kg or 200 mg/kg.
It's your choice which dose you use but you still need a weight on the birds.
;)
1 ml/cc is the 200 mg/kg dose for the bottle you have.

Hahhaha thats how much it weighs exactly the same

Here is the math for a one pound chick.

If you want to give the 50 mg/kg dose you give 0.1 ml/cc.
1lb divided by 2.2 times 50 divided by 200 = .1
If you want to give the 200mg/kg dose then you give .45 ml/cc.
1 lb divided by 2.2 times 200 divided by 200 = .45
Make sense?

No not .2 cc....
You have to decided which strength dose you want to give.
A or B?

I would follow this vet book.
I personally would use the 200mg/kg dose daily for 3 to 5 days.

Actually I don't think I would use either.
I personally would cull.

The 50 thing and 200 thing are not on the bottle. They are coming from the Plumbs vet book.

The bottle is showing that there is 200 mg of medicine in 1 cc of it. The vet book says to dose at 50 mgs per kg weight of bird.
I'm sorry I can't explain this well.
