Emergency, Please Help

I have tried and tried to get the humidity up, I have a Wet sponge, wet paper towel, and a Bowel of water, And not going up, but the temp is at 99 to 100, and Humidity is at 32% right now, I think I am gonna loose them if I dont do something fast, we are going on 20 hours of NO CHANGE in Pipping here!

I am using a LG incubator

at this point if it was me I would have to open it up and at least get air to them.. but that is just my opinion

I did help the Duck and Crack his shell open, I have a hard time getting a hold, but THEY ARE BOTH STILL ALIVE, the Chick is Poking beak out Now, but wasnt before, I put them back in the bator for them to finish the process on there own. Hope They make it,

My chick Died last Night, Its Beak was Sticking out and had Pipped but think he got to tired, Was alive went I went to bed at 1 this morning, but gone at 830. The Duck is Still trying and we are going on 2 days of pipping, Hope he dont die too, At what point to you help them out so this wont happen again
