Baby chick with featherless bottom and odd looking vent. someone please help me out!?

hes very active always eating always wondering scavenging for food and playing with his other buddies

I had a chick that was not growing feathers around that area and it took a while for them to come in, but it did not look like that.

Hopefully he/her feathers will come in or if there's something going on it will get better
