Emergency!! Positioned wrong/Assisted hatching! Please help!

Ryan says he thinks we can get the flap of outer off of the top of his beak. It looks very dead there. Where the dark spot is. And the dried pee makes sense. There's a black line on his leg, and it strongly resembles duckie poo.

Well will work very slowly with him taken off a little more each time trying to expose what we can as long as we don't run into any veins will be ok. But we really can't make to much progress because we need that large vein to disappear, with that full like that way to risky to attempt anything..

If he absorbs we can slice him side wards and let him fall out just like pealing a potatoe..

Here's how I like to take upside downers out
This first pic is your duck with both ends exposed

700

Then we peal him from under the beak to the air cell end or larger end
700

Then we make a slice all the way across watching for any bleeding or veins that made be on the trail

I cant say this enough, but thank you Lori. You've helped us bring (so far) two healthy, happy babies into this world. And they are an absolute joy (and terror, already). We couldnt be more thankful for you and all of the help you've given us. We couldnt have gotten this far without you!
