Please, it's imperative you help (if you can):

We had 1 female pekin duck (Martha Washington was her name) disappear last night; George's only duck companion and it breaks my heart to watch him crying out all day looking for her. If you are anywhere in Florida within a reasonable distance from SR 50 & I-75 (exit 301?) I will travel to you. My only request is George goes to a home with other ducks, he wouldn't get bullied too much if possible, and preferably not eaten.

If this seems like something you could do please private message me. As there is no rehoming fee, I never commit to giving him to you if you don't qualify. I thank you in advance for your urgent response.

I'm sorry to hear about Martha, did you forget to lock them up? I remember seeing youer post last week asking if anyone wanted your 2. Hoping some one will take George. [IMG]

Thank you. They got locked up, but we've unfortunately learned that we had a faulty locking mechanism? the structure seems secure, and there is no sign of trauma, so we are kinda at loss ourselves.... and yes we did have them up on the classifieds, although I'll admit I've learned along the way, I guess I can say at this point in my life, they're just not for me. That being said; I still cannot allow him to suffer.
