The wait is killing me. Dying to see Bird's reaction.

People say that chickens are dumb but I say otherwise. I put out a mirror for my hens about a month ago and just about died laughing at their reactions. I'm sure the neighbors must really wonder about me. But the looks on these hens faces was priceless.

"Whoa, who is that bird?!?" "Doesn't anyone else see this new bird/" "That's YOU Loco Coco! What's the matter with you?" "No, that's not me. THIS is me. Who is that bird?"

And this went on for about an hour.

OH that's funny. makes me laugh thinking about it. I didnt get a chance to bring 'Bird up to it yesterday. I PROMISE I will do it today. it should be good.

Yea, it's loads of fun. Be sure to put them mirror such that it can't break around them. They say you should only put a shatter proof mirror in their run. So I had just set this up on the patio temporarily and stood there to watch.

for some reason, the edit screed (where we add photos, vid, etc.) is missing from here on my home screen.. so it had to wait until today. SO

'Bird didnt really seem to care much, he looked at it once sideways....





MayMay seemed to care more than him.



then 'Bird decieded he wanted a closer inspection.







All in all it was uneventful until my cat Ashley came around the corner to terrorize the girls and FREAKED out when she saw it and jumped straight up. of course, I didnt have the camera in hand...
