Emergency!! Rooster Was Attacked!! Help!!

Update!
Last night he hadn't made any progress, but when I set him down on the shavings in his coop, he started bobbing his head down and nibbling with his beak as though he was drinking imaginary water. I immediately put the water bowl down in front of him, and he started drinking on his own! He still isn't eating, although he does perk up a little when he sees the food. His biggest problem is not being able to locate the food enough to eat, but I'm going to try and get some yogurt down him today. This morning he seems a little better, keeping his right eye open most of the time. He has almost stopped shivering and I'm adding electrolytes and immune system boosters to his water. I have yet to see whether or not he has lost his left eye though, and he may be partially blind in his right, though he can definitely see a little. If he does have one eye it's going to take some getting used to for him! His beak is also looking better, and he is way more alert. I don't want to speak to soon, but I think that he might be on his way to recovery!

I will keep adding electrolytes to his water, and keep you updated. Let me know what else I should be doing and what you think. I'll post more pictures soon. Thanks!

I'm glad to hear you are seeing improvement.

You may want to try hand feeding him for a few days or holding his bowl for him. I know that can be time consuming, but chickens sometimes won't eat by themselves well. They have that flock mentality and all eat together, so your being with him when it's time to eat may be helpful. Offer him some hardboiled egg along with some wet feed - his beak may be really tender as well.

Keep us posted.

Beautiful! I hope and pray he heals soon!

Thank you @3chicksandaduck !

It's not so much that he won't eat alone, as I've had him separate for a while now due to his paralysis. He just can't figure out how to eat out of his little food bowl with only one eye.
I will definitely try the hard boiled eggs and the wet feed!

Thank you all for answering, and I will update with pictures soon!
