Emergency tail tucked trying to make noise

Help my 1.5 year old white laced Wyandotte is sick. She’s lethargic, comb is far and she appears to be trying to cuck but no noise comes out. She’s obviously in pain see pic attached. Just lost another girl suddenly a week or so ago. Worried about the health of the rest of the flock

Is her belly, from below vent to down between legs, swollen?
What is your location in this wide world?

Do you have more information about the death or symptoms of the other bird? That might help to know.

No symptoms from other bird she was found deceased with a dark comb and no other marks.

Can’t tell if her belly is swollen. Not sure what’s normal versus swollen in a chicken. It’s puffy and soft? We are in Northern California.

Is it red or hot to the touch (hotter than the rest of her?)
