I'm not sure what to do anymore. It's obviously still inside her, but I can't see it, can't reach it, and I have no clue how to get it out now. Help?

Have you put her in warm water to let her soak?

Get some mineral oil and work it loose. It's probably going to bleed, but it needs to come out/off. Was any of the plug like a yellow cheese?

I'm not sure how I'd be able to get anything inside her to work it loose though... I don't think I saw anything like a yellow cheese.

I had to leave her overnight, but I checked her this morning, and she's doing okay. She's still in pain of course... But she's standing up more often than she's sitting down now, and can walk a little more than she could yesterday. She has water available to her at all times. Is that alright?

Of course it is. But you do need to remove the blockage, soon, or she will die.
