EMERGENCY!

My hen has white discharge leaking out of one eye, her eye is kinda swollen, she is SO skinny, and she can barley stand! What can I do? What do I treat her with? Should I put her down to end her misery? She really is suffering! Help!

First of all, separate her from the others.
Give her some water and her usual food. If she won't eat or drink, try dipping her beak in the water and giving her treat foods, like scrambled eggs, yogurt, etc.
If she won't drink you may eventually have to syringe water her, but hopefully she'll drink on her own.
Could you post a picture of her eye?

Also have you dewormed your flock recently, and if not have you noticed any worms in their poops? She could be suffering from a bad worm infestation, which could make her thin.
