What does her poop look like?

She hasn't pooped since 3hours ago!!! That is exactly what i am worried about
There's a rouen which is so attached to her, i also brought her inside and put a bowel of water in front of them. My other duck started drinking and encouraged her to drink a little water. But still not much

Having her buddy with her may encourage her to eat and drink. They really do much better if they are alone.

I hope you can get her some calcium citrate of calcium gluconate.

Did she lay today? if not gently feel along her tummy down close to her vent for an egg, need to rule out she is egg bound. Sometimes you can feel them.

About the laying, it was an egg in the yard this morning but i can't say it belongs to her for sure. I checked her tummy i guess There's an egg . What can i do if she's egg bound?

If she has an egg in there that's stuck she needs a calcium pill. Call your friends and find someone that has calcium tablets. Do you ave a bathtub? If so, put her in a few inches or warm water and leave her there for as long as the water stays warm.
