I have no idea why they will let another bird or birds eat on them. I found some of my hens eating on my rooster wattles till they were bloody and he was just standing there letting them.
Be sure to wash the wound really good like was mentioned then let it dry before putting the triple antibiotic on it. You'll be amazed how fast she'll heal. Just keep her inside and away from the other birds.

I did wash it and he will only bear weight on one foot

He may have hurt his leg before they started pecking on him. That may be why they attacked him like they did, and he just let them. They always seem to be looking for weakness/illness to take advantage of. Just a thought.

That is going to take a while to heal but it will. Are you rinsing it off real good with warm salt water at least 1X a day then putting the triple antibiotic ointment on it after it has dried? Hows his leg today?

No I’m rinsing it off wit warm soapy water and he only really hops but I can’t see or feel anything that’s wrong with his legs

Yes well the only antibiotics we have is topical antibiotic

Salty warm water is good for helping it heal along with the triple antibiotic.

As for his leg there isn't any swelling or redness unusual heat along it? He may just need to rest along with healing the wound.
