Should I take her to the vet?

That is up to you if you feel she is having trouble laying an egg then yes they can give her something to help her lay it.

Try letting her soak in a tub of warm water if she is inside the house. Don't want to bring her inside and put her in a nice tub of warm water then back out into frigid temps. Sometime floating in warm water can help them lay. Is her bottom pulsing like she maybe trying to lay?

I’m concerned with her breathing. She has already laid her soft egg for the day. She kind of moves her body to breath. And looks like it’s hard for her to breath.

Okay time for a vet then asap. She could have eggs backed up in side or something else going on.

Perhaps she is having an issue getting the egg out. Sometimes they can lay 2 eggs in a day.
Vet will be able to help.

You can try giving her a dark and quiet spot when she recovers. Perhaps she is nervous.

In a pinch you can melt three Tums tablets in cup of water..They are a good calcium sorce.
Get her up and moving around. Swimming or walking.
Warm water in the bath.

Sure I will try them all. Thanks. The vet seems to not know to treat ducks. So we brought her back. She seems to be doing well now. Pray for her.

So I have a situation here. My male duck was sleeping all day ( probably stressed) he’s molting as well. After we gave him his dried worms. He’s acting weird. Kind of walking fast, slanted and running in between in not perfect circles. Any idea?? I’m panicking
