I have an almost 1 year old bantam cochin who for at least the last 3 days has had a consistently empty crop. She just broke out of a broody cycle about 4-5 days ago and is otherwise fine. Bright red comb, healthy poops, active. I checked her crop before bed the last two nights and it feels like there's just water and a few grains of their crumble feed. Is this anything to be concerned about? It has also been extremely hot (95°+) so wondering if that could be a reason for low appetite

If she is pooping, she has to be eating something. What does it look like?
I would think that the heat is a contributing factor as well as her just coming off of being broody.

The poop was a solid shape, brown and white
