Is your question about commercial emoo-ing? That's not really us. You should be able to find texts online.
I've seen youtube clips of emu farms with apparently high density -- the sorts of ones on which they clip the birds' talons.
But I suppose the real question is whether they're gonna sort of 'free range' on the food and water available on their turf, or whether their food and water will be provided.
In mid-summer, even given that plentiful water is provided, wild emus roam large areas simply because there just isn't a lot to scrounge up. Wild birds die of starvation in numbers in bad seasons.
