My wife and I recently hatched 2 emu eggs. We believe one is a female and the other is a male. We are very ignorant when it comes to sexing. Can anyone please tell us what you guys think? The first two pictures are of what we believe is the male. The pictures are labels with an M. The other pictures of what we believe it’s a female. If anyone can tell us what they think we would greatly appreciate it. Thank you.

Are you trying to sex by head markings? That doesn't really work. Emus can be vent sexed, but as always if you don't know what you're doing you can injure them doing it.

The easiest and most accurate way is just to have them DNA tested. If you saved the eggshells and know which belong to each chick, you can just send those. If you didn't, you'd have to either get blood from the chicks, or wait until they're feathering out to send feathers.
