Emu Hatch A Long

Emu #1 in the back, Emu #2 up front.
The first one to hatch may have a slight cross beak, hopefully it won't get any worse but if it does it might need a little more attention.

Egg #4 is whistling strong.
It's going to be a LONG day... I've slept two hours and can't bring myself to sleep knowing one is just hours away from hatching...

I'm trying to figure out what kind of art I can make with the broken pieces, I'm not really an artsy person but these pieces would make a cool mosaic!

Emu #3 hatched around 3:30 this afternoon, it's the most rambunctious one yet constantly whistling for someone to cuddle it! It's navel isn't closed so I'm monitoring that, trying to keep it clean.
Still waiting on #4, it's rocking and whistling through the shell but still no sign of breaking through.
