Emu needs a home

I have an 8 month old un-sexed emu. It was hatched out by our local FFA club at the high school and they are no longer able to keep him. It is free to a good home, It is currently located in southern california and would need transportation as I do not have a livestock trailer big enough to hold him. Let me know... He needs a forever home!

I am not 100% sure if this will help you out at all but if you cannot find a home for him, my suggestion is to try to get up with Hendricks exotic animal farm in Kansas. They may be able to take him or make further suggestions. I wish you luck.

This is so tempting. I've been wanting one of these for forever now and I live in Southern Cali but I don't have the land for him. If I did I would take it in a heartbeat.
