Ok peeps, we've got a TON of great entries! We decided we'll be ending the contest for new submissions at the end of day, Monday 7/25!

Here is a link to all the coops we believe have been submitted. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK OUR WORK!!! We do our best to make sure we get them all, but sometimes the program doesn't pick them all up. Also, about 6 peeps said their coop pages are still being worked on, so they should hurry up and get them finished!

I needed to build a coop using on-hand materials as much as possible for financial reasons. Luckily those on-hand materials included an old doghouse and a coffee can of old screws the previous owners of my new house left behind, so I was able to finish the thing for about $30.

I hope someone finds this building-by-the-seat-of-your-pants adventure useful. I do find the challenge fun.

I just wanted to post a picture of the coop my brother built for me out of totally recycled material (except screws). I think it is very fashionable and the girlies love it.
