Voting this year, or should I say 'trying to vote, is just as miserable an experience as last year. If this is the same group that was used before - they haven't smarted up since then.. I think BYC bet on the wrong horse., I have IE 8, some of the pictures partially download, some not at all. IN any case when I go back to do more, it shows me several that I've seen and voted on. It would probably be easier(for members) and more accurate, if we could see all the photos and post the numbers of 12 we like best. High tech is not working out.I must be a masochist to hang around for more.

We're not totally sure, but hopefully we'll have them in the store by the end of November.

I was able to do it fine- but I swear the last page was a repeat- I saw some pics in the beginning that I later saw at the end?

Ya, we're not sure why that is happening, but fortunately it isn't causing any problems with the rankings.

Just a question... if I entered a photo and didn't see it up there when I voted, is there still a possibilty it is in the rankings and i just didn't get to vote on it?

Yes, there is a possibility that it is in there but you didn't see it.

Sorry you're having a hard time. We suggest you try another browser. IE 8 is a pretty old browser and fewer and fewer sites are supporting it. Chrome and Firefox are both free and much better browsers.

If there are duplicates (at least 4), doesn't that mean we didn't get to see and vote on 4 that had been chosen? Too bad if some really good photos get missed because of a glitch!

I agree....if you had duplicates that also means that some of the pictures got 2 votes instead of 1? That would be unfair wouldn';t it? Just sayin.....

I also saw duplicates and while I was voting numerous pictures showed up blank so I only voted a 2 for all the pics I couldnt see

Please don't worry about fairness or duplicates, or anything else... we've used this system about 14 times for different projects and each time the results have been great and spot on!

BTW, I just double checked and there are only 78 pictures, so that may be part of the reason for the duplicates.

Again, don't worry if you get duplicates, everything will work out in the end... that's the main reason we use this service out of many options.
