This new article is an expansion of the idea of unconventional - but far more natural - brooding which I wrote about in another article. I tried hard not to make it just a re-hash of what's been covered in an earlier thread and article. This one ignores the idea of brooding indoors entirely and takes the chicks straight out to the coop or run from the start. I'll just let the judges be the judge.

Edited to correct a major spelling gaff. <sigh> Been a long day and my spell checker dude is down for a well earned nap!

Maybe someone could do an article on medicating fowl orally? The article could describe the importance of medicating orally vs in water, the different ways to safely catch and restrain the birds, how to open their beaks/bills and how to give the fluid, paste or pill.
