I have 2 group of peacock :

Indian Blue pied male X 3 females IB Blackshoulder, they produce 13 chicks .... 6 I Blue ( I guess IB split pied and split BS ) + 4 chicks IB blackshouler ( perhaps split pied ) + 3 chick White .

Second group :
Indian Blue BS male X 4 females IB Pied they produce 15 chicks ... 5 IB ( I guess IB split Pied and split BS ) + 5 IB Blackshoulder + 5 White .

Where does the color white come from?
To make a white peacock I need a white gene from the mother and a white gene from the father?
The cock and hens IBBS can be split Pied?
How to produce IB Pied Blackshoulder with those birds ?

In the first group, at least one of your hens is split to white, this may be difficult to tell as they are bs. Your male must also be split to bs in order to produce bs chicks. Your bs chicks from this group could be split pied or white. The white chicks could also be split to bs.

In the second group, your male must be split to white as well, and at least one hen is split to bs. The IB chicks will be split bs and either white or pied. The same goes for the bs chicks, they could be split pied or white. The white chicks will all be split to bs.

Ideally, the best way to get IB BS pied would be to switch your males around, this way you don't have to try and figure out the genetics of your existing offspring. You should technically get a few IB bs pieds from this breeding (the pied male on the pied hens).

Group1= You got white chicks meaning both parents got one white gene. ( whether visual or non visual ). Your Indiablur pied male got one white gene besides a pied gene. Now, one of your Black shoulder hens is definitely split to white ( some times you do not see any white flights.). Otherwise you do not get any whites. Since black shoulder is a recessive color, The BS chicks need two BS genes one from each parents. Therefore Your Indiablue pied male is definitely split BS. Arbor said it correctly.. Group 2= Since you got white chicks both parents got one white gene (again whether visual or not.). Since you got BS chicks, both parents got black shoulder gene. To get a black shoulder pied bird , One parent must carry one white gene and the other parent must carry one pied gene ( these two are also pattern genes like black shoulder. )And both parents must carry at least one BS gene. You identify and pick the birds.
