I can't seem to find two opinions in agreement. Do I need to repeat the Eprinex treatment, or not? I've read to repeat in ten days, in seven days, and not at all.

Yes, you do repeat it, not sure when, but I did it at about 14 days to get later-hatching worm eggs in their systems.

Have you ever had any bad reactions to it. I used 1/4 cc per bird behind the neck. Three of them looked a little out of sorts for the rest of the afternoon. They look fine now. I'm just wondering if it made them feel a little icky, like when the doc gives me an antibiotic shot.

I've never noticed anything like that after the dosing. I've actually only done it twice in the almost three years I've had them, though. They say worming is hard on the system, so could be that it might make them feel out of sorts for a bit.
