Epsom salts for sprained ankle in duck?

Can I soak my duck's sprained ankle/leg with epsom salts, or not? I think I have heard about it being used for bumblefoot, I believe, but I was curious if it could help other things.

My one drake has had a sprained ankle for a little while and I've been letting it heal on its own, but I started to think about this earlier today. I don't want to do anything, wrong, though, so I wanted to ask first.

Yes epsom salt baths can help for sprains and muscle aches.
WARNING: if they drink the water it will give them diarrhea.
